Abstract

All the philosophies of life that exist at the moment, none of them is perfect and complete in every respect, which can meet the needs of every sector of human life, including guidance about every corner of life from the individual level to the collective and international life. Only the religion of Islam has given such a system which is perfect and complete in all respects and it contains the equipment of guidance about all areas of life. The basis of Islamic teachings are five things: beliefs, worship, society, affairs. And ethics. In the religion of Islam, after worship, the most important area is family life. In the modern age, the cultural and social revolution gave rise to many family problems, Islamic scholars (Muftian) presented the solution of these new family problems to the Muslim Ummah after deep discussion and research in the Book of Allah, the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and other Sharia texts. So that the members of the Ummah do not get caught in confusion in the problems that have arisen. Even in the present era, scholars, great jurists, Muhadditheen and other scholars related to religion have written books to solve family problems through writing and speech to keep the members of the Islamic society aware and related to Islamic teachings. , they started the publication of permanent columns and fatwas in scientific and literary magazines, journals, magazines and newspapers. The fatwas of Islamic scholar (Mufti-e-Karam) were published in contemporary national newspapers. Due to public popularity and dear heart, this tradition has been given a prominent place in the pages of newspapers, these published fatwas are read by people from all walks of life with great interest and are extremely popular. In this article, considering the importance of fatwas related to family issues published in national newspapers, the above mentioned research topic was chosen so that family fatwas can be published together.
