Abstract

Islam is a religion of nature. All the orders of Islam are very important for the survival and security of  human life. Allah, the Exalted, has ordered men and women to hide some parts of their body from each other in certain matters. And for no reason, He has forbidden women to show their adornment in front of non-mahrams. In which it is obligatory for a man to cover his body from the navel to his knees. While it is obligatory for women to cover their entire body except for the hands, feet and the visible part of the face (according to some scholars). About which detailed instructions are available in Surah Al-Nur and Surah Al-Ahzab. Apart from this, there are examples of this in many authentic hadiths. Nowadays, there are some cases in which women have to go out of their homes, such as for education, for jobs or for the needs of life. So, of course, Islam has allowed women to do this with certain conditions. But there are some exceptional cases in which men and women can reveal the hidden parts of their body to other people, such as when a patient is in front of a doctor, to prove the truth in court, for identification during a trip, Likewise at other times of extreme compulsion. In the same way, there is a relaxation of veiling orders for older women compared to young women, however, it is better for them if they also veil. Nowadays, there are some cases in which women have to go out of their homes, such as for education, for jobs or for the needs of life. So, of course, Islam has allowed women to do this with certain conditions.
