The prophet’s strategy of Mentoring and educating the companions in the Meccan period and its application in contemporary times: A research study in the context of the verses revealed in the early days of Prophethood

Abstract

Makki era is important and fundamental in the education and self-development of the Sahaba e kiram. During this period, Rasool ullah ﷺ trained them in such a way that they became a beacon for the whole world. These stages of training took place in the light of divine revelation. There are many lessons regarding personal development in the Makki surahs. In the light of which the Prophet (SAW) used to train and educate the Companions. Keeping this style of training in practice, the work of reform can be done in society even today. The determination of these training lessons and according to them the study of the prophetic way of training and educating the Companions has been studied in this article. How can reformation of society be done in the present age with these prophetic initiatives, the paper also includes a discussion on this. In this paper, the revelation revealed on the first ten occasions has been studied.
