Abstract

Family laws are an essential part of Muslim Shari'ah, by the practice of which a Muslim becomes a Muslim. If these laws are changed, the nation's temperament and habits will change, its family system will be disrupted, and the social structure will be broken. Aqeedah and faith are the mainstay, on the other hand, the existence and survival of the Muslim Ummah also depends on it. This is the reason why China and Russia were once the center of Muslim civilization and the areas of Muslims, but due to the pressure of communal philosophy and communist majority, the traces of Islamic civilization gradually disappeared. The change of family system made the very existence of Russian Muslims suspicious and the homeland of Bukhari and Shashi became the enemy of Islam itself. There is neither Islamic civilization nor the social existence of Muslims. Thomas W. Lippman, a Jewish journalist who served three years as the Washington Post's Cairo bureau chief, writes in his essay "Understanding Islam." In a society in which women were property, treated as trivial objects, often kept in slavery-like conditions, the Qur'an imposed such injunctions that they The worst abuses were suppressed. Guaranteed women's property rights and instructed men to treat women with kindness and generosity. The Qur'an's rulings on the legal status of women date back to the time of its descent, and Islamic law grants women certain rights that give them more freedom than Western legal codes. The Qur'an and the Hadith established laws to ensure the respect and honor of women, which had been neglected by the pre-Islamic society.
